It was a scary moment at Minute Maid Park Wednesday night after Cubs outfielder Albert Almora a foul ball off his bat struck a child and left Almora visibly shaken during a game against the Astros.

As seen in the video, Almora goes down on one knee and is in tears after the incident. He was consoled by teammate Jason Heyward, who was on deck at the time, as  well as Cubs manager Joe Maddon. Almora ended up striking out during the at-bat and did not return to center field after the half inning.

He spoke to a security guard in the area where the child was for an update. He still couldn't contain his emotions, sobbing on the guard’s shoulder.

After the game, Almora was still emotional and said he wants to put a net around the whole stadium.
