Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

As I sit here on this Monday morning trying to recap the weekend of fun that we had, I'm happy to report that as of 9am Monday morning we have raised over $5800.00 for the Central Virginia Chapter of the JDRF and diabetes research.

A heart felt appreciation to all those who participated in McElroy's Mini-Open of Golf, the Cornhole Tournament at Hurley's Tavern and to all those who came out to the Flying Squirrels game Friday and Saturday.

This is the most meaningful thing I do on radio and every year, your response is personal and means more than you'll ever know, because this is something that is personal with my dad, Frank being a type 2 diabetic.

If you would still like to donate, there is time: https://www2.jdrf.org/site/TR?fr_id=7595&pg=personal&px=10032738

(The deadline to hit $10,000 for me to get a tattoo is over, however you can still give to the JDRF.--hahah!!)
