It was incredibly hot and humid Friday night inside the Colonial Life Arena.

Unfortunately, the Rams shooting wasn't the same as VCU suffered a 19-61 performance from the field and only 6-26 from 3pt in a season ending loss.

Making outside shots was an obviously needed factor coming into this game considering the size and length of Tacko Fall.

The 7'6 footer was a presence not just with 13pts,18 rebounds, and 5 blocks but also redirecting multiple shots and altering players path to the basket.

Gutting it out

Despite trying to give it a go, the Rams were impacted by Marcus Evans not "having it" as he told Mike Rhoades going 1-7 from the field and 0-3 from 3pt with 6 turnovers.

Changing the Culture

Despite the loss, Isaac Vann hit the nail on the head afterwards about this team realized something about itself: hard work and dedication can pay off.

The Rams showed that by proving the doubters wrong.
