Hour 1:

  • Wes previews the show for the day and gives his thoughts on various topics around the sports world and the real world.

 

Hour 2:

  • Wes is joined by former Flying Squirrels player and a member of the San Francisco Giants organization, Jalen Miller, on how minor league players are handling not knowing when they will get paid again, and some of the jobs that they have had to take to make ends meet. Jalen also tells Wes how he has done his best to stay in playing shape during the hiatus.

  • Wes talks with Voice of the Hokies, Jon Laaser, about how Jon is staying sharp during this time at home, as well as how some of the Hokie football players have been staying in shape during the coronavirus pandemic. Jon also gives his thoughts on having an extra year of eligibility for college seniors in spring sports.

 

Hour 3:

  • Wes chats with the author of the Redskins Report for SI.com, Chris Russell, on his opinion about moving the NFL Draft, as well as his thoughts on Trent Williams and how he will be able to leave Washington.

  • Wes is joined by Anthony Opperman of the Flying Squirrels to talk about their upcoming Education Day as well as other things that the organization has been doing to help provide for the community during the coronavirus pandemic. Anthony also talks about what he misses most about not having Opening Day tomorrow for the MLB.
